Sweet Chilli Jam

Our Sweet Chilli Jam is where most people start — and many never leave. Made using cayenne peppers grown in our Tunbridge Wells garden, it delivers a warm, fruity sweetness with just enough of a tingle to keep things interesting.

The texture is glossy and rich, coating everything it touches with a bold, jammy flavour. It works brilliantly as a dipping sauce, a glaze for chicken or salmon, stirred through a stir-fry, or simply spread across a sandwich for something a bit more exciting than butter.

It's also the undisputed star of any cheese board — try it alongside a sharp cheddar or a creamy brie and you'll understand why we make it by the jarful.
