Hello, and welcome to The Garden Gang — home of handmade chilli jams and chutneys crafted with real passion right here in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

My chilli journey began during lockdown, when a glut of home-grown chillis and a kitchen full of curiosity led to a batch of chilli jam that was rather better than expected. What started as a creative experiment has grown into a full range of small-batch preserves, each one made from scratch in my own kitchen using chillis, tomatoes, onions, and garlic I grow myself.

Everything I make is entirely handmade — no factory, no shortcuts, no artificial preservatives. Every jar goes through the same process: grown in the garden, cooked in the kitchen, sealed with care. The Garden Gang has been awarded a 5-star food hygiene rating by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, so you can order with complete confidence.

The range covers every level of heat — from the gently warming Sweet Chilli Jam, perfect for cheese boards and sandwiches, all the way up to the eye-watering Hot Hot Hot Chilli Jam, powered by Carolina Reaper chillis and strictly for the brave. There's also a rich Tomato and Chilli Chutney for anyone who loves a proper homemade condiment.
