Hot Hot Hot Chilli Jam

You've been warned. The Hot Hot Hot Chilli Jam is made with Carolina Reaper chillis — officially the world's hottest chilli pepper — and it does not hold back. This is as serious as homemade chilli jam gets.

Despite the extraordinary heat, there's still real flavour here: a deep, sweet chilli base that you'll briefly notice before the Reaper makes itself known. The heat builds, lingers, and keeps on going. It's an experience as much as a condiment.

Use it sparingly — a small spoonful transforms a marinade, a burger, or a stir-fry into something memorable. Or gift it to someone who thinks they can handle anything. They probably can't.

Not for the faint-hearted. If you've worked your way through the Sweet and the Red Hot, this is the final boss.
